Use these two screws with the pivot sleeves to mount the speed change plate to the sliding bearing housing.
The other two shorter cap screws go here. This will mount the upper belt housing to the lower belt housing. Only a few more steps to go!

I managed to drop the first set into the belt housing. Lucky me my scribe has a magnet on it and I was able to retrieve it. It's a tight fit in there. Might consider using a magnet tipped screw driver... or a piece of scotch tape to hold the screws on the screwdriver long enough to start them.
