I had to hurry to get the sleeve in so couldn't take a picture. you need to coat the sleeve with wd-40 or some light oil.
Tighten the key into place on the motor pulley vari-disc with the cap screw. The key on the spindle pulley goes into place by just clicking it in.
Install the key into the motor pulley.

Over lap the bushing like this and hold it with a pair of needle nose pliers while you insert it. Lip towards the center of the pulley.
Put half of the glue in the top all the way around. (Half in the bottom)Don't need it in the key way. Not needed in the center recess either.
Mix up the glue for one pulley at a time. Mix until it's a uniform color. You only have 3-5 minutes of working time on the glue! So hurry!
Going to need a pair of needle nose to hold the bushing during install.

The light oil will keep the sleeve from sticking to the glue. Press the sleeve into place. It should go with your hand pressure. Leave the sleeves in the pulleys over night to setup. Press them out and clean the keyways the next day. The procedure is the same on both pulleys for this part.
