Install the gear cover. I changed the screws to socket cap screws.

Make sure the Hi-low lever is in the HI position. Pack the area around and under the bull gear. Half way up the gear teeth.

Anything in this picture Not packed with grease doesn't get grease! So just around and under the bull gear and pack around and under the Pinion gear area fully!
