The rear of the fixed motor pulley has a set screw that must be tightened. This keeps the pulley in place along with the pinned key.
This is the key for the fixed motor pulley. It's tapered and has a pin for the pictured "pin hole" that keeps in in place on the shaft.

Next the motor fixed pulley and the variable pulley are to be installed. The variable disk on the right has been rebuilt/
