The worn out bushings will come out pretty easy by grabbing an edge from the keyway. Note the bottom of the bushing has a lip.

Start by tapping out the key in the Adjustable vari-disc from the spindle pulley(the motor pulley has a threaded key)
This is what a kit with sleeves (for holding the bushings while the glue dries) looks like.

The bushing lip sits in a recess inside of the pulley near the center. Remove both bushings by peeling them out.
