Unless you're dead-set on replacing them, I'd just epoxy the pieces together (assuming you have the other pieces).

Jet, Harbor Freight and other Mill Drill machines use similar wheels. The I.D. will be the same but the wheels may look a little different.

I haven't had this situation to deal with. Looks like the metal centers of the wheels would be the problem to match up. Can you machine away the remainder of the broken plastic, make new wheels with a circular opening for those metal centers and epoxy them into the new outer wheels? Hope this is clear.

I forgot to mention Grizzly before, they're good at parts. They have several Rong Fu clones.

Here's the parts breakdown for one I picked at random...

Looks like you need http://www.grizzly.com/parts/P1126201

From what I know all the Rong Fu (and clone) mill drills use similar hand wheels, different only in style. They all have the cogs which match up with the end pieces on the lead screws (X and Y). The center hole is 17mm. You may be able to look at the Grizzly web site and find a handwheel style that you prefer on a different model machine.

I have no idea if Grizzy stocks all the different styles or just one or two since they all fit the same.

I have not had good luck getting any parts from seemingly identical machines(from Asia) to fit.

In this case it's a little easier to tell because the power feeds that are available fit lots of different machines, they come with a coupler with matching cogs and there only seems to be one version of that part.

eg: http://www.shars.com/products/view/370/Mill_Drill_Table_Power_Feed_For_JET_Machine

They all look the same, I have a RF31 (Taiwan) and my power feed (off eBay) is identical to the one Shars sells.

Compare the feed unit to the Grizzy one... http://www.grizzly.com/outlet/Mill-Drill-w-Variable-Speed-Power-Feed/G1007

My machine is identical to the G1007 I linked above, right down to the hand wheels, aside for the fact that it has a 240V 3 phase, two speed motor. And it's blue. And it's badged as a Rutland but it's a Rong FU.

Canuck75 has a series of threads covering the very same machine under yet a different badge. Here's a clip from one of his pics, I'll bet my cat that shaft is 17mm.

I had to replace a handwheel on my 1981 vintage Tiawan built RF30 clone. I ordered it from Grizzly to fit the G1006 - fit perfectly. I suspect that Grizzly would take them back if they didn't fit - but I'll bet making them fit would be very easy. I'd start there instead of trying to make something. However, since you have the hub, you could make something if you have a lathe available.
