A lifted F 250 Bronco, we had to bend and extend a 4' plus tie rod . plan cut off about 10 inches from the pitman arm, next we dialed in th 4 jaw, next
we slightly center drilled the ball joint. Next turned both ends to a black iron pipe .842 next we heated the arm bent it up inserted the pipe then
drilled thru the pipe an into the drag link to plug weld, next migged the champhers, next ground down. nobody to be the wiser. We machined spring
hangers for a foot lift. This is a 460 in a Bronco about 197? Dont ask I dont know what in hell I'm doing, I just do what I'm told.
all this on a 9A south bend, so the moral is anything can be done I loade detailed pics again where they went in this dastardly thing I dont know.

Sam, it looks like it's coming along well. Real solid work on the lift and tie rod. Your son must be happy.
