What Size Lathe To Grab 8.125" Plate?

No working mill. That is why I need this adapter. The Famco was a basket case bought on the cheap. Thought it was complete but turned out to not be so.
 
heres a little proof of large size part in my 4 jaw, this happens to be 7-5/8" i have held something a little larger than this tho, it was a hub from a GMC TopKick
