Need Info On Slotting/shaping Fixture Tool

OK guys just bought this slotting/shaping tool and can't find any info on it anywhere. It was manufactured by Cougar Industries out of Houston. It is a TC-5. It attached to the spindle of the Bridgeport mill and the rotation of the spindle causes the up and down motion of the tool to slot and or shape. Any info would be appreciated especially a manual.

Never seen one but I'm no expert, dose the whole thing rotate ?.

That's pretty cool, but I've never seen one before. I was not able to locate any info either. I guess put it in your mill and start slow.
