Dave's Test 1

I am getting an error message that says my content cannot be posted because it looks like spam. So here is a post with no pictures, to see if that works. Nothing here but plain text.
When I add a picture using the BBC format , it apparently is detected as spam.
So now I see a red band at the bottom of my post that says I must have 3 posts before I can have links in my posts. Am I supposed to pollute this site with bogus posts before I can include any pictures?
So now I have tried "Upload a file".

Well, then...those parts look pretty neat. If you are still watching this thread, what are they for?

The bronze parts are hardware to hold a fly reel onto its seat on a rod. The aluminum/bronze assembly is an expanding mandrel to hold the end cap while details are machined.
