Naples, Ny $50 Lathe

That's an old American Tool Works (ATW) lathe if I am not mistaken. Circa 100 years ago...Looks like some accessories kicking around too.

A top-quality lathe from it's era that may well be worth saving at a "can't go wrong" price point. Manuals and catalogs are available online to study in more detail to see what you'd be up against, should be looking for as to completeness, and the end potential...here's a similar one, for eg., so as to see what might be...ATW lathe.jpg

Agreed! Looks like a great inexpensive and fun challenge for somebody.....

I'm surprised it's not taken. It's an 8 hour drive for me,each way. Can't leave SHMBO that long, she can't ride that far. Somebody grab it.
