I'll second the ETM, I have an ETM end mill holder, the quality is awesome, my chineese end mill holders... not so good. I recently aquired a 1/2 end mill holder MT2 (german made) not as good as the ETM. The ETM is so sweet.

I looked at the Glacerin and would have bought it if they didn't poke your eyes on shipping. Plus I had a lot of trouble with their website loading on my slow internet.
