After some more digging the lathe seems to match up quite closely to the Grizzly model G4016 which has a good instruction manual and includes a parts listing.

I just logged on for the first time in a while.
Here is the best manual I could find for mine. It’s for a discontinued grizzly 12x37 belt drive lathe.
The lathe mechanisms are pretty intuitive on mine. I’ve replaced a belt and had to fix a jammed longitudinal/cross slide feed lever without a manual and it was pretty easy to figure out how everything works.
The spindle on mine is an oddball m60 x 8tpi so finding anything to fit it is almost impossible, so I made this thread checker for when I go to places selling used machine equipment and haven’t found anything with that thread yet.
