I got my PM25 in. So far all I've gotten unpacked is thew base. Since others have commented on the shortness of the machine, I decided to build a pedestal for mine to raise the work height and to increase stability. I made it from 2x4 1/4 wall tubing. I was pleased to find that Rustoleum safety blue is a very close match to PM blue.

I was just looking at how to do something about the stand on the unit, or if I even want to use the stand at all and just make a new piece, since I'm designing a custom enclosure and the included stand is a bit narrow and tucked in to be of much use.

But I like what you did and may just go for that.

And funny enough I'm in the middle of painting some fixture weldments for a test I'm doing using that same Rustoleum blue and thought "this looks awfully close to the PM-25 paint" I wouldn't be surprised if there's some connection such as same pantone or same paint even.
