Plastics Id Method. Lathe Finish. Polyurethane Special Tool

Thanks for the effort. I guess more English text would help. This post needs an intro or explanation of why it is valuable. I think this would say, first, any who try welding plastics may need to properly identify the base material. I have seen plastic welder information which uses the burn method and describes smoke color etc. The machining part has a lot of effort expended but is probably lost on English speakers.

This is fabulous nonsense but good on em for going the extra distance with the techno babble, it sells.

"Polyurethane is petroleum based synthetic plastic, which is available in many grades. These range from low quality materials such as those used in industrial applications; through to the Ultra high performance Polyurethane we use in our suspension bushings"

That was a very short take on the Polyurethane turning, it looked like the tool was just rubbing the surface, and a view of the surface finish (as visible with the other materials) appears conspicuous in it's absence.
I am unconvinced ;-)
