What Is It ???

Got this along with a nice taper adapter and about 100# of heavy stainless brackets and spacers, along with a mass of electro-pneumatic, aluminum, valve bodies and other miscellany, all for free. Anyone have any ideas on this one. Thanks, Mike

It is a banding tool for hose clamp.

Old school hose clamps , gota cut off to remove , B:A hose clamps , guessing you could make your. Own , i'll get name tomorrow
