As you push the quill stop screw up make sure the hole in the end of the shaft and the hole on the right are aligned!
Trip lever.
Install the retaining clip.
Showing the hole in the shaft aligined the way you need it for the reverse trip ball lever.

This is about how are you need to screw everything on before it will slide into place
Screw on the micrometer nut.
Next install the micrometer locking nut... This part takes a bit.. you have to do alot of spinning here.

if you don't align these the reverse trip ball lever will not slide in properly. Using a small flashlight makes it easy. (The free ones from HBF work great for this.)
