Install the roll pin to hold the gear on to the shaft.
After cleaned it was easy to push the hub back into the bearing plate by hand. I also lightly sanded it with 600 grit paper then lightly oiled it.
The speed change hub on mine seemed tight. I removed it and cleaned it up nicely. I pressed it out. Put the nut on first so you can press on it.
Worm gear after the roll pin has been installed.
Install the roll pin to hold the gear on to the shaft.
Slide the worm gear on to the shaft. Line up the drilled holes in the shaft with the ones on the gear. :)
Start rebuild. After everything is cleaned up. Lightly oil the speed change shaft before inserting into the housing.

When driving this on with a drift punch...support underneath the gear where you are "driving" the pin on. This will keep the
shaft from getting bent. I used a screwdriver to wedge under it. These pins can be a bear.
