Install the wave spring washer in the bull gear bearing sleeve on the bottom...
Installed bearing in the bottom of the bull gear bearing sleeve. View one.

Install a new 6908 ball bearing on top of the wave spring washer. When pressing in a sleeve press on the outer race only.
