Mix up the glue for one pulley at a time. Mix until it's a uniform color. You only have 3-5 minutes of working time on the glue! So hurry!
I had to hurry to get the sleeve in so couldn't take a picture. you need to coat the sleeve with wd-40 or some light oil.
Over lap the bushing like this and hold it with a pair of needle nose pliers while you insert it. Lip towards the center of the pulley.
Put half of the glue in the top all the way around. (Half in the bottom)Don't need it in the key way. Not needed in the center recess either.

Going to need a pair of needle nose to hold the bushing during install.
You have to clean out all of the glue from the old install. Using a dremmel = good idea. Using a wire disk...poor mine didn't work.

***Before you do this! DRY fit test the bushings! You do not want to find out you didn't clean enough when you are putting the bushings in! It will be too late. Also test fit the sleeves when testing the bushings. If they don't fit now...they won't fit with new glue in there!*******
