My cap screws were really tight. I tend to use a socket and an extension to get leverage. BUT you might snap the wrench or screw! Wear glasses.

Keep in mind this can work... but you might break something. Penetrating oil and waiting works too...tap it lightly while you wait with a hammer to help it get into the threads...over several hours... or just try this. :)
