Next you need to clamp down the bull gear. This is to align the gear faces of the bull gear and the pinion gear.
This detent plate is adjustable using the set screw you see in the upper right hand corner.
High-low shift lever assembly.
Tighten the clamps (from the previous picture) until the faces of the Bull gear and the Pinion gear are aligned.
Next you need to clamp down the bull gear. This is to align the gear faces of the bull gear and the pinion gear.
View inside housing where Set screw "A" leads to.
Infamous screw "A"... unscrew this set screw and fill with super lube.
