Overview of the saddle Yoke hole...
After the screws are removed you can pull the feed nut(s) free. Same steps to remove either one. Take them both out.
Remove the adjusting screw.
Cleaned up a bit... Remove the small locking screw.

These are the screws for adjusting the feed nuts. The large screw is the adjusting screw. The small one is the locking screw.
