The pinion gear is fixed in place by a set screw.
This is the Pinion bearing cap. Install the wave washer in it.
Installed top bearing and then press fit the key into the keyway.
Next slide the top 6203 gear on all the way up to the shoulder on the shaft.

The lower 6203 bearing slides on followed by the pinion gear.
Pinion Gear Bearing. Same for top and bottom are the same type.
