Time to install the key into the spindle pulley hub. (note this is spindle pulley hub that was broken in my original post.) This one is brand new.
Snap ring that holds the stationary vari-disc pulley in place.
Press the spindle pulley hub into the stationary vari-disc pulley.
The spindle pulley hub key is square.
Time to install the key into the spindle pulley hub. (note this is spindle pulley hub that was broken in my original post.) This one is brand new.
Install the bearing spacer ring. It just slides into place. At this point you want to check and make sure the brake bearing cap spins without binding.
Bearing spacer ring that goes on the brake bearing cap after the cap has been installed.
Press the brake bearing cap into place on the stationary vari-disc pulley. Press only on the INNER race of the bearing this time!
