Trip lever plunger.
Install the cover screw after you ensure that the quill stop screw moves up and down pushing the plunger in and out.
Insert the reverse trip ball lever using the 5x40 screw.
Reverse trip ball lever with 5x40tpi screw in it. You will need to buy a 5x40 screw to install this.

Trip lever plunger.

Clean and lubricate. Slide into place making sure you align the holes. You should still be able to see through this and the hole in the quill stop screw shaft.
