The installed motor pulley access plate....yeah I polished mine and the finish looks awful in the picture. Looks much better in person!
You can install the motor pulley access plate with the three screws here now. :)

At this point you have to wrestle the motor on and line up the keyway on the variable disk as you lower the motor in.
Bottom view of the variable disk with the spring still compressed via the long screws I installed.
The variable disk must be set in place inside the belt housing before installing the motor.

You can remove the two screws once you have the snap ring installed securely.
