Two parts needed for 13" LeBlond.

The best way to repair those gears is to turn and mandrel;Turn down the teeth on the side needing repair and welding a new gear to theold hub. Precut gears are easily sourced and the whole operation should onlytake a few hours of shop time. Earl

Got a source that has 14 DP gears in stock? All I've found have 12 and 16 but not 14.

So far I've found only one place, in the UK, that stocks 14 pitch gears, but only in 20 degree pressure angle. Useless for a 13" LeBlond that needs 14.5 degree.

Would be nice if someone with a multi-axis CNC with live tooling could run off 50 to 100 of each of those double gears for the 13" and 15" LeBlond trainer lathes.
