Give me a deffinate as to who is in and I will post some rules and make a plan. I will post the rules, but a wait week for others to add to the rules so we all agree. So far if everyone agrees it is a medium flat rate box.

The box coming apart is not that big a deal. The flat rate boxes are pretty sturdy. If you get it and it is no longer of good use, just get a new one from the PO. They are FREE. The biggest problem with this idea is the number of people involved and what order of recipients it is sent to. You cannot change horses in mid stream with this. Initially someone will be doing a lot of work. If order is maintained then all will go smooth. Good Luck and Have Fun.

The concern with it coming apart is that the contents inside could come out. Clear packing tape on the outside helps greatly. Also making sure any empty space is filled with packing helps also.

Fabricate a lightweight box to exactly fit inside the flatrate box. It'll use up some of the capacity but will largely eliminate concerns about the box bursting.

I think the items might have to be packed in a small but sturdy wooden box to safely be repeatedly shipped about. Remove screws to get the lid off.

Personally,I think the cost of shipping might be a big problem with this plan. And,one weak link in the chain of members would spoil the whole thing.
