Installed a 90 degee and some flex line with a ball valve can't stand on my head any more.

You can pull the cable straight out or sideways in any direction to drain the tank. The cable end can be mounted where it is convenient to get to. The cable end is anchored and you just pull anywhere on the cable, No more bending over and crawling underneath to get to the valve! These are quite common on trucks. The pictured one is an eBay import, no experience with them. Bendix and Haldex make good, high quality ones:
