Can anyone tell me how to get the little jumper between PLC-24 out of the little green terminal blocks? I need to move to L-PLC.
Thanks

Using a small straight blade screwdriver, push on the orange rectangle just above where the wire goes in. This will release the spring tension on the terminal, and the wire can be removed. You have to keep pushing, while you pull on the jumper.

Well I did that got the info from manual sec4-9 and held the orange tab pushed in as far as it wold go and nota, want come out either side??? I got a bunch of those phoenix crimp pins to make a new one, but don’t want to back my VFD control terminal. Thank for your reply.
Thank again

Those little tabs can be a little finicky, but once you press them correctly, the wire comes right out. Seems like I had trouble the first time I tried, but then it became easy, and I couldn't figure out what the problem was the first time.

Finally got it, damn what a pain! The jumper wire pulled out of one side that stayed in. Those crimp pins are hard to get a hold of. The 24 pin was really jammed in the socket.
Got it out and fixed up a new one, the crimp on the stuck one looked kind of rough.
Thanks again

Two things that I can recommend in the future, as I had another person have the same problem.
1. You need a very small (jewelers) screwdriver flat tip and one need to fully depress the little orange button before pulling one pulls on the wire. If you try to yank too hard it engages the latch so it will not release.
2. If with a gently tug it does not release, try to push it in first and then tug, this helps to release the catch.
I have not had an issue following the above, but once the pin gets locked in it can be a real PTA.
