Hello all
Does anyone here have pictures of how to mount the Atlas coolant reservoir to the machine?
I think it had a mount at one time but looks to have been removed.
I know, pictures or I didn’t happen

Looks like you may still need one part that fixes to the two threaded holes on the back side of the machine head (just behind the overarm), a sort of split-collar clamp by the looks of it. Would not be hard to make though.

Thank you Frank!
Not too many pictures around of that set up.
Lucky I also found the machine in super shape with extra accessories.

Nice! Put up some pictures of it when you get a chance, it's always nice to see what still pops up after all these years. I have an fairly early MF that's not in pristine shape but still does me just fine :)

It's a clamp but probably not split. Look at your lathe tailstock or at the overarm support on the mill and you will see the same tightening levers. Below and at right angles to the hole that the reservoir support bar slides through would be another hole. In the hole would be the M6-44 Lock and M6-45 Sleeve. Probably.

The first nine models averaged about two years for each group of three.

M1, MF & MH 1940-1942
M1A, MFA & MHA 1942-1944
M1B, MFB & MHB 1945-1947
M1C, MFC & MHC 1948-1959

All based on catalogs, and +/- 1.
