Thanks Ray. The only time scribing a dial bothers me is when I get to 359 degrees and there is no room for it.:rofl::rofl: I look at the blank when I start the first line then never again till I'm done. I keep a legend and check sections off when they are done. Once you make a mistake there is no fixing it.

The machine stop is set at 5/8 inch, that is the longest line. Individual stops are made for the other lines. The one in the second pic is for the .001 lines. First pic shows how I keep track of where I am in the process.

SAFETY TIP ----- It is a good idea to trip the breaker and unplug the Mill when doing this type of operation.

The wire was handy and the wood pieces were on the saw. What you see is what you get. :lmao:

This 1 inch shank cutter locked with very little torque. I am very happy with this so far.

Pretty awesome bill! Do you have a method to locate your # stamps? I'm really curious to see how you get those #s properly located. I'd probably just eyeball them, but I know theres got to be a better way.........Maybe??

Not quite sure how I'm going to do that Marcel. I have a couple of ways in mind. It's not really a must do right now. I want to start the grind spindle in the morning. Then the mount assembly.
