VFD question dealing with Hz

Thanks for all the help on this, I need all I can get when dealing with wires, lol.

Now on this new motor...I'm assuming to use the low voltage diagram? Just want to make sure I'm reading the diagram right.

Do I need to wire nut together T4, T5 and T6 and curl them up in the motor junction box?

And then wire nut together
T7 and T1 for leg 1 to VFD
T8 and T2 for leg 2 to VFD
T9 and T3 for leg 3 to VFD

Yes that is correct :)

Why is it working on 220v?

Kinda like the battery's in your flashlight when they start to die. The light will still burn but not so bright...
