I recall previous posts about the desirability of this kind of tool. It just appeared on a Phoenix area auction site. Here's a link.
Winning bidders need to pay for and pick up their lots within a couple days of the auction's closing (5/31, 7PM). If a forum member wants to go for it and wants to make arrangements with me for payment and/or pickup, send me a PM. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with this equipment, so I couldn't help you determine its condition or completeness.
