Help with a scan of 2 pages from St. Clair's "Design and Use of Cutting Tools"

I recently picked up a copy of St. Clair's "Design and Use of Cutting Tools". Great book, but one little problem: pages 335-336 are missing. Does anyone have a copy of this book who might be willing to scan these missing pages?
