Fighting system to correct REV number.

Corrected REV number in title.

REV10 revised drawing of back gear mounting bracket L4-245L What was actually on the original drawing was 10-245L which only has two holes and uses one bolt. L4-245L used on 12" has three holes and two bolts
and also mounts L3-108 Lock which tensions Spindle Belt

REV11 moved L3-108 Lock to area where it actually mounts and increased its size to match scale of drawing.

Miscellaneous cleanup and additions Mostly on Page 3.

Cleaned up lettering, gears & gib screws.

Woodruff keyseat & key on countershaft spindle.
