I have looked and cannot find a 100 tooth change gear.
The transposing gears on flea bay are not what SB calls for in their book.

if you don't mind 3d printed gears,
i can print you the set of metric transposing gears( or just the 100 tooth)

How long something like that would take to print?

the 100/127 is a stacked gearset, it takes around 11hrs to print

the other smaller single gears print in about 2 hours each

Ok that’s a long time!

Which metric threads do you need? Many can be cut with a simple stud gear change. ie: a 19t stud on a 9A will cut 1 and 1.5mm with .5% accuracy
I am cutting 1.0
I do not have the luxury of a QCGB, I have a C model.
