127 hole plate for B&S BS0

Cuebuilder, in all your reasons for needing a 127 tooth gear, I don't see how you arrived at that number. Your goal is given. What can you share about the gears on your Birmingham? Are there charts for what it can do in it's stock, as delivered design that you can easily share?

I want to be able to cut 11 tpi on my lathe. This is not a stock option as is. So I will be exploring my options at some point down the road.

Back to your options with a B&S no 0 (no 1 too): Not built or designed to cut 127 teeth as delivered. So you wish to make your own indexing plate.... Chinese quickguide & a B&S sample page to give you an idea of why you may want to explore other options for gear sizing that you can make with what you have.
