13" South Bend Single Steady Rest Measurements Please

Hi,
There is a steady rest on ebay that says it's for a SB 13 but they can't confirm the manufacturer.
If you own one of these lathes and have a steady rest that fits could you please provide some measurements?
deck to center/spindle (I mean from the base of the way not the peak)
Width from the center of the way peak
I'm not sure what else I would need.

That doesn't look like a South Bend item to me
and he says "Unknown Manufacture" in the ad
I wouldn't buy that one
