Had the perfect job for the shaper today. Got to make some chips.

So I was chugging along for a while and all of a sudden the shaper shut down. No power? I went to looking and found the almost 80 year old starter motor relay had bit the dust. I have a new more modern unit ordered to replace it.

Very nice machine. What is that job you are cutting? Is that cast iron?

Thanks Robert. Its just hot rolled 1018. Making an arbor support for my right angle milling attachment.
 
Moving day. Got the last 3 big machines out of the shop today. House is under contract so I have to get everything out. Unfortunately my new shop isn't built yet. We are behind schedule.
