1962 Kearney & Trecker Model 2D Rotary Milling Machine on CL

Cool machine, seriously stout, looks like it's in good shape, very expensive for a hohobbyist.

Very nice machines. I ran one some in school, but didn't really use any of it's capabilities. We had three at the Boeing machine Shop I was a Planner for, and the guys could do some amazing things with them. Some of the titanium parts they created on them were works of art. For what they'll do, 4K seems like a good deal to me.

Beautiful machine. 4K isn't really that much anymore, when your talking about a high quality machine of that size. Something comparable in a current machine would be 4-5 times that much. Glad it's too far away for me to worry about. :) Mike

Yeah, that's my problem....it's less than an hour away.
