1976 Troy-bilt tiller

I used to have a garden that war 40' X 100'. We stopped with it when the kids left. We didn't need it anymore. Yes the Tiller ran when parked. It's a "Horse". Now that Troy-Built no longer makes them I am going to resurect it again. MTD I believe is the manufacturer of them now.

I beleive that MTD bought out Garden Way who used to make them. I got my parts from SuperXpower.com They as well as others have the parts break down online and even convert from the old numbers to the latest. Shipping was quick and the prices weren't too bad either.

Remember when using their drop down menus for the parts breakdown to look under the LEGACY heading. This is were you find the ones older than 2007 or so.
 
Finely finished the shaft and I must say I am very happy with it. Not to brag in front of any of you more experienced guys but to say this was my first attempt at ring groves and woodruff keys and it turned out better than I thought it would. Works good so far.
