Well I'm impressed!!!
Turns out that I checked the new worms LMS sent me against the jaw I removed from the chuck so I could try tapping out the plug, before I build something to extract them, and the worms were the wrong pitch.
When I responded to LMS informing them, they said they had no other parts they could send me and didn't want to leave me without a chuck so, they will be sending me a new chuck.
Now THAT'S customer service....
Totally stunned, never expected that at all.
