This place was near the Underarmor HQ and the founder is taking over the whole area that used to be industrial. He is developing it so rents are likely going up.

Plank always gets what he wants ……………………...hope he keeps Nick's ! I don't work down there any longer Dan , but yes , he is buying up everything in the Port Covington area . Underarmor City is in the process of being built !

I have looked in my area. Unfortunately the only classes available are in Rocklin and Sacramento CA, about 2 hours from me.
Sometimes living in rural America has it's disadvantages.

There is one in Redding that was supposed to open this month.
