Cylindrical grinder, I'm assuming. The Russian and Eastern European machines are generally pretty stoutly built. My TOS lathe is built like a tank in comparison to similar sized (swing) lathes of Asian origins. Nice score. Mike

I will switch to Russian or old East state machines. They say that Russian machines are rough-cut, but it is so high precision and smart solutions They are far ahead of everyone else. I am deeply impressed
