Anyone ever heard of a TTC QCTP?

A local company that sells pre-owned equipment has this quick change tool post for sale. It’s a BXA size and made by a company called TTC. They are wanting $175 for it. anybody ever heard of this company and is this a quality product?

TTC is a Travers brand, Travers Tool Co. Looks like a rebranded Dorian or copy to me.
