I don't tend to do this kind of thing, but I thought it would be cool to document one of my current projects; my new lathe that I'm in the process of fixing up. I'm always doing stuff like this but never record or really document any of it. I think I'm going to try and make an ongoing series of all the different parts, but for now here's the first entry. My camera angles and audio need some work but it came out pretty decently for a first video. For whatever reason I also had a couple points where the camera stopped recording of its own will, not sure what to make of that. I apologize for any novice moves demonstrated in my video, I'm far from an expert!

Here's a second video detailing the gearbox disassembly, I definitely struggled with the main gear cluster but got it figured out :).
