It's apparently some Add-on that Nelson has been fiddling with. Some people seem to have the mike, some a or some numbers, and some both.

The mic signifies Great Work. It means you posted something that got more than 50 likes.
The numbers signify trophies that I have not yet installed icons for.
If you hover over them you will see what they represent.

The new reaction system is available to donating users. It allows a number of responses rather than just "like".
