Bearings for taper attachment cross feed screw

I just purchased a cross feed screw for my taper attachment on my heavy 10 lathe and it did not include the bearings that are used on this screw
Does anyone have these bearings or do you know the specs of the bearing ? any help will be greatly appreciated and I am happy to buy the bearings if you have them

and BTW exactly wher do the bearings Go ( I assume their are two)

Boston Gear #17195, available from MSC for the rearmost bearing. They probably have the forward one, but I'm not sure about it. They go at both ends of the tube through the taper attachment. See these instuctions, pages 4&5.

edit: After a little more thought and looking, I'm pretty sure the two bearings are the same.
